The Village On Argyle, known to many as TVOA is located on 6.3 acres in a beautiful park setting just south of Trent University. TVOA is located close to the transit line and within walking distance to the downtown core.
Trent University
The Village On Argyle is home to Traill College Annex. There are a total of 137 residential dorm rooms on campus. On the West wing of our building there are 84 dorm rooms and 53 rooms on the East.
The rooms have capacity for double and single occupancy. Trent student housing coordinates student placement for our facility.
Rowan Tree Children's School
The Village On Argyle is home to Rowan Tree Children School. As of September 2024 Rowan Tree made The Village On Argyle their new home.
